When You Dream of Skiing, It Looks Like This

If you pick up any ski magazine, you’ll see that Silverton Mountain has earned a reputation sort of like the North Shore of Hawaii–the kind of place that has great snow even when traditional resorts in the area have been skied down to crud. The skiing can be very steep if that’s what you’re looking for, but the truth is that our heli operation provides the best and most flexible ski day anywhere, from the 25-degree Grassy Bowl all the way up to the 50-degree entrance into Gnar Couloir.

Silverton is the only heli-operation in the Lower 48 that offers single drops in addition to all day heli skiing. That means you can ski our normal lift-accessed backcountry all day with one or two additional heli laps at $179 per person per drop. We also offer a $999-per-person full-day heli package where we get you six runs in terrain that can rival the Canadian Alps.

But ask anyone in Aspen or Telluride what Silverton is known for and it’s the Private Heli Skiing. Silverton has become the premier destination for discerning guests looking for the ultimate private heli skiing experience. Check out our High Flyer package from Aspen and Telluride.

What Silverton Heli offers is amazing skiing over the widest range of terrain for people who absolutely love to ski. And with easy access to the airstrips in Telluride and Aspen, we can make it happen as part of your vacation to either of Colorado’s premier resort towns. Give us a call. Let’s go skiing.
